       The deep hole machining processing in rapid prototyping area. Let us  introduce several ways rapid prototyping processing of several methods:
1, Machining the deep holes by deep-hole drilling in the special deep-hole drilling machine. Deep hole drilling is used to solve the problem of tool deviation, tool cooling and chip breakage in deep hole machining, which obviously improves the processing quality and productivity. Machinable to 10 to 30 deep hole. Deep-hole machine tools, can be used for deep-hole drilling machine, can also be modified for ordinary lathe.
2, With long-handled twist drill in the general machine, Then the long-handled twist drill is welded in the ordinary twist drill long handle. As the axial force during drilling is large, the two edges of the drill are not easy to be symmetrical, and the quality of the cutting edge of the drill is not easy to be guaranteed, and the rigidity of the shank is poor, so the centerline of the hole is easy to be skewed. The chip space is limited, in order to chip and cooling the tool, must be in a length of processing (usually 5 ~ 10 mm) that the drill out. For shafts with longer shaft centers, drill holes from both ends are used. Therefore, this deep-hole processing method of poor quality, low productivity, labor-intensive, but because of its simple tool manufacturing, the use of common equipment, so the application of single-piece small batch production.
3, Machining  deep hole with nesting knife. Larger diameter of the deep hole (usually greater than 50mm in diameter) should be used nesting knife processing. In this way, the cutting load is reduced, resulting in improved productivity and reduced material consumption. The use of nesting knife, when the diameter is small, the use of the overall welding type, larger diameter, can be assembled or adjustable. The tool should be installed on the guide for the wear-resistant inlay, the material can be woven cloth bakelite, carbide, rolling bearings, blade design should also consider the chip and chip breaking. It is also suitable for mass production.
